MCHENRY LIMOUSINE HERITAGE
McHenry Limousine Service has been locally owned and operated for over thirty years. Originally founded in 1979 as McHenry O’Hare Limousine Service by Wayne and Chris Amore of McHenry, the one car operation was sold in 1983 to Ed and Linda Anderson. The Andersons had recently moved to McHenry from Wheaton and Mr. Anderson, having been a chauffer for ten years, wanted to take his expertise to the next level. Through the next decade the Andersons, with the help of their son Scott Haukereid of Woodstock, built McHenry O’Hare into a full time six car operation. As the business grew Marty Robb of Johnsburg was brought aboard to help with day to day operations. In 1995 the Andersons retired and McHenry O’Hare was sold to Mr. Haukereid and Mr. Robb at which point the name was shortened to McHenry Limousine Service.
Today McHenry Limousine Service owns and operates a fleet of eleven sedans and stretch limousines with the same commitment to quality and customer service. With long term employees and a loyal customer base we consider McHenry Limousine Service to be more of a family than just a business. We have grown with the community and understand the need to give back. We regularly donate to local churches and schools as well as youth sports and charities such as Shop with a Cop and Make-A-wish. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for all your transportation needs. If we do not have the vehicle you need we have the resources to obtain it for you through one of our partners.
